The product

Hybrid Race OS is an independent, self-guided training resource for healthy adult recreational athletes. It contains PDF guides, Excel workbooks and editable Word templates. It does not include an app, videos, individualized coaching or medical services. Descriptions on the product page identify the included resources.

Orders, price and delivery

When sales are open, the checkout shows the order price, currency and any applicable tax before payment. Payment and download delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Save a backup of your downloaded files. Lifetime access means personal use of the purchased files; it is not a promise of perpetual hosted downloads, future updates or a continuing service.

Immediate digital supply and withdrawal

Where consumer law requires it, immediate digital delivery during the withdrawal period requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of your withdrawal right, together with the required confirmation. Merely visiting this website or accepting these terms does not by itself constitute that consent. If the requirements are not met, your applicable withdrawal right remains. See the Refund Policy.

Personal-use licence

The included licence grants the purchaser non-exclusive, non-transferable personal training use. You may edit and print files for your own use. Do not resell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute the product or modified versions. Do not supply it to clients, teams or members without a separate commercial licence. Read the Personal Use License supplied with the bundle.

Use judgement

Read the safety and readiness guidance before training. Follow current official event rules. Training must be adapted to your health, experience and equipment. No finish time, ranking, qualification or injury outcome is guaranteed. General information does not establish a coach-athlete or healthcare relationship.

Support and refunds

Product support: support@hybridraceos.com. The Refund Policy applies to refund requests. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires consumers to waive their mandatory rights or competent forum.
