Refund Policy

Refunds for the digital bundle

Hybrid Race OS is a downloadable digital product. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds once supply has begun and any applicable statutory withdrawal right has been validly lost. Immediate supply does not automatically remove your rights: where required, you must first expressly consent to supply starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right and receive the required confirmation. If these requirements are not met, your applicable withdrawal rights remain.

If your files are corrupted, cannot be downloaded or do not match the product description, contact support@hybridraceos.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help restore access, repair the affected files or provide a replacement download at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid. We will not require repeated repair attempts where applicable law entitles you to another remedy.

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-supply or lack of conformity and any applicable right to a price reduction or refund. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, subject to its processing arrangements. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own terms and policies or applicable law. Contact support@hybridraceos.com for help; do not send payment-card details.
